How does it work?

The plan
Participating in the program is easy; Strategic Partners are required to nominate Sales individuals in their respective organisation, to achieve quarterly sales target. The Sales individuals, by achieving the set target, is eligible to win the corresponding SPIFF. It's that simple!

  • Incentives apply on StarLink’s product portfolio.
  • The Incentive Targets are based on the buying price net to StarLink.
  • Renewals, trainings and professional services are not eligible for this SPIFF.
  • SPIFF will be paid after invoice is paid in full.
  • Incentive campaign is valid from the date of registration and approval.
  • Deals that are of values under $100K will be clubbed together and should be from the same vendor. If not, each incremental $100K deal should be from a single vendor.
  • This SPIFF is valid for only for individuals nominated by their manager.
  • One gift card per individual within time period.
  • A deal closed that is entered for any other vendor SPIFF program managed by StarLink is not eligible for this SPIFF.
  • StarLink reserves the right to modify or revise the program at any time or to disqualify a person or a deal for any reason.
  • If a conflict arises regarding terms and rewards, final decisions will be at the discretion of StarLink.
  • The program will run quarterly until 31st December, 2016.
